DG408CY+

The DG408CY+ is an improved 8-channel CMOS analogue multiplexer in 16 pin NSOIC package. This low on-resistance multiplexer conducts equally well in either direction and provides maximum low charge injection of 15pC.This device can also be used as demultiplexer and offers low input off leakage current of less than 5nA at 85°C. ESD protection is greater than 2000V per method 3015.7 of MIL-STD-883 standard. This improved 1 of 8 multiplexer/demultiplexers are used in sample and hold circuits, test equipment, data acquisition systems, guidance and control systems.
