CW8510

The CW8510 is a No-clean Tacky Flux with type ROL0 formulation designed for BGA rework requiring high-reliability, stability and cleanliness. This gel composition holds the BGA component in position even with board movement. Its lower viscosity allows easy application and contains no ionic material. It is suitable for clean room applications. It appears in the form of light tan to dark brown with slight odour. The CircuitWorks® no-clean tacky flux is generally compatible with most materials used in the electronics industry. As with any cleaning agent, material compatibility should be determined on a non-critical area prior to use.
