ADRF5130-EVALZ

The ADRF5130-EVALZ is an evaluation board for ADRF5130 silicon SPDT reflective switch. The ADRF5130 is a high power, reflective, 0.7GHz to 3.5GHz, silicon, single pole, double throw (SPDT) switch. The switch is ideal for high power and cellular infrastructure applications like long term evolution (LTE) base stations a fully populated, RO4350 based evaluation board and it is constructed of an 8-layer material for thermal management. A single power supply of 5V should be applied to the VDD test point while ground reference is connected to the GND test point. A single control voltage of 0/+5V that select the switch state is applied to VCTL test point. The RF input signal can be applied to the PC mount SMA RF connector labelled RFC and the RF output signals can be measured on the PC mount SMA RF connectors labelled RF1 and RF2.
