The ADG821BRMZ is a CMOS Low Voltage Dual SPST Switch designed on an advanced submicron process that provides low power dissipation, yet gives high switching speed, low on resistance and low leakage currents. It is designed to operate from a single 1.8 to 5.5V supply, making ideal for use in battery-powered instruments. Each switch conducts equally well in both directions when on. The ADG821 contain two independent SPST switches. This is ideal to use in hard drives, power routing, PCMCIA cards and cellular phones as well as audio and video signal routing.
